Have you driven through town in the last day or so?  Scarecrows are popping up all over the place!  Lots of creative people have let their Fall spirit out and have created a number of scarecrows for this weekend’s 12th Annual Meridian Scarecrow and Harvest Festival.

The festival runs Firday and Saturday, October 5th and 6th.  There will be lots of things for the kids to do, and plenty to keep the grownups occupied as well.  This year the 14th Annual Chili Cook-off will be held with the festival which should be a great fit for both events!
