Ok, the EIEIO part isn’t real, unless you live next to a farm, but one of the things we deal with a lot in real estate is neighborhoods and communities with CCRs (covenants, conditions, and restrictions) and ACCs  (architectural control committees).  I’m sure many of you live in neighborhoods with some degree of limitation on what you may do with and on your property, and many also have restrictions on how your building must look, architecturally.  Some are more restrictive than others, but they are intended to provide all member property owners some degree of assurance that they won’t have to put up with a “nuisance” or an “eyesore”, or a property use not in keeping with the rest of the neighborhood…

So, how would you feel about a house that was actually a temple?  Or perhaps one shaped like a toilet?  And in some areas of the country, Florida for instance, pink houses are the rage.  Although this one is a bit over the top.
