KINGSBRIDGE is a new luxury home subdivision being developed in Meridian, south of I-84 on Eagle Road.  The plan calls for 124 large lots on 76 acres, and it will be developed in 3 phases.  The complete plan calls for a community swimming pool, tot lots, a community park with a gazebo, picnic tables and BBQ stands.  Kingsbridge is minutes from the freeway, and there are plenty of shopping and golf opportunities nearby.

The lots in Phase 1 are available now.  Lot sizes range from 12,000 square feet to 24,000 square feet, with a 17,340 average.  Some of the lots are quite wide, and can handle a variety of plans that might not be buildable on an average sized lot.  There are strong architectural controls, and an architect available to go over plans.  A number of the Treasure Valley’s finer builders will be there, including Thompson, D & S, Masters Construction, Yeargin, Ranger, and Sienna, to name a few.  I believe that there are currently a half dozen homes under construction now, only one of which is currently listed on the MLS, the rest are build jobs.  Lot prices run from $128,000 through $272,000. 

The home that is listed now is by Ranger Construction.  It sits on a 0.29 acre lot.  It is a 2675 sq ft single level with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a 4 car garage.  Granite counter tops, stainless apppliances, and hardwood floors, and if you want to pick your own colors it is still ealy enough in the build to do so.  The plans call for a large master bedroom with a sitting or exercise room attached.  There is also a library or sun room off of the great room.
